"Nice apartments with a great view, perfect location and good quality appliances except for air conditioner. The floors, countertops and all details have high quality and looks very modern. It is actually one of the highest quality apartments that I have seen in its price range. However, the air conditioning (HVAC system) is terrible in these apartments. It fails all the time, and the temperature controllers have wrong readings that cause the AC to run all the time, which eventually causes your HVAC bill to be very high. Using of smart temperature controllers and a better AC system would fix this big and only problem in these apartments. Opening the windows is not an option for some of the apartments, as some of them do not have opening windows."
"Worst apartment ever in Pittsburgh. The bill for utilities monthly around220 that not make sense. I will leave them once my contract finish. For new people please avoid this apartment even the rent price is good you have to pay for parking 250$ +220 for utilities."
"Landlord would rather try and evict you that wait 2-3 weeks for rent while a person is transitioning jobs. AC unit is still broken after 2 years and no air comes from the vent in the bedroom. Expect to pay 250 for utilities. and 220+ for parking on top of the price of rent. NOT WORTH IT. I would leave immediately if I could. They also delete bad reviews to keep the rating high"
"Fantastic location for dogs and walking. This PMC property is very good for getting some nice Point State Park/epic walks going on. If you have a dog that needs some good exercise and you don't mind getting out and about, then this is a good spot to be. As you walk outside the building, you will want to go right and then along Blvd of the Allies to head towards the Park. Explore the fountain and the Block House, but there is tons of grass and space and the distance from 201 makes for a good walk as well for your pup and you. Nothing wrong with going into town, just more distractions and people (and less grassy areas). As with all lobbies and elevators and hall walking, please make sure to check your corners and wait a few moments for people to clear out with other dogs. It is a good practice to keep everyone safe--and your blood pressure down. This building is also good for cats!"
"Since ive moved I have just been having issues left and right. For the single day I moved in I received a bill for ac and power that was $11 which is obviously ridiculous for a single day, add to that the fact that I didn't receive info for packages for a week so I couldn't get my items, and after moving in I realized that both the washer and dryer are broken. I put in a maintenance request and not only did they not fix either problem and mark the task as done, but they locked the door on the way out causing me to get locked out of my apartment, and making me wait for maintenance to respond and reopen my door. Its been a month now and I still havent been added to the door security and ive been trying to get to the gym but I was never even told where it is, nor is it anywhere online…. And I didnt find out there wasnt parking included until I was about to move in and they said I needed to pay for parking at a garage nearby which tacks on a minimum of $220 a month to your bill. I moved here to work and now that I’m here I can barely afford my place, all because they keep everything intentionally hidden online. Nice apt but not worth the hassle for sure. Go to river vue."
