"I recently moved into The Foundmore apartments and, so far, I couldn't be happier! The apartment is fantastic, spacious, and very well lit (a rarity in my experience). The location is central to all of the shopping you could ever want, and only 15 minutes from downtown. The leasing staff was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend speaking with Nicole if you're looking to tour the complex. The clubhouse is quite nice too - spacious with plenty of seating to work or hang out, and breakout rooms if you ever need a quiet place for a meeting. The gym is probably the best feature of the clubhouse. A wide range of state of the art equipment, and it's large enough that you'll never have to battle someone for a treadmill or free weights. I haven't had any maintenance requests yet. Also, since this is a new construction, I don't have a gauge on noise, but I'll try to remember to update this review in a few months. If you're looking to move, check out The Foundmore!"
"Moving into this apartment has been wonderful! The process was smooth and painless. The helped I received from the staff, specifically Nicole made my process as simple and easy as possible. The space is perfect for me and I am excited to create memories here!"
"If I would give 0 , I would give it lovingly. That is really scam. I have been in US for 3years now. i have never seen that kind of business and rules. They charge too much money for application fee. And they got deposit before they approve. And then they sent approve to give it. After approval they started to want more and more documents. Which they have to want first of all every process. And they are saying they dont refund money to bank account which they charged me . But they are saying they will send money within 30days to mail address( which i dont have house to live. I newly to moved pittsburgh from texas. But i used to live in pittsburgh before. They are really tough. They are new company they dont know what they want. THE BIG SADNESS. And representative doesnt have EXPERIENCE. she is junior on this work. That is ridiculous they got deposit and they TOLD ME OPEN INTERNET/WATER/ELECTRICTY before they approve?? I never get it. How it is possible?? I OPENED INTERNET TODAY AND THEY STARTED TO WANT MORE DOCUMENTATION. VERY VERY BAD. Thats a shame. NEVER RECOMMEND!!!!"
