"Place is a dump. Just rented, Air conditioning doesn't work . They told they said couldn't fix it until next spring!! Looking around, all decks and walkways rotting wood. And steps falling down. Look at all the pictures of others and you will see this. Sorry day for moving in there and paying an exorbitant amount of money for a dump. Would not recommend for any one. Building code inspector should look at this place. Looking to move."

"Awful apartments! I ended up breaking my lease and moving out early because I couldn't stand living here anymore. In the few months I lived here, I contacted maintenance twice with urgent issues (e.g. large puddle of water on the floor due to leaking wall when it rained) and it took over 48hrs for anyone to get back to me and nobody ended up coming out. Management is rude and slow to get back to you, the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors, people don't clean up dog poop, and people smoke everywhere, even if they aren't supposed to be. The laundry room is tiny and had machines broken for weeks on end. The final straw for me was having mice in my apartment (it still took maintenance 48+ hrs to come out and set traps). Pretty expensive for a studio and an awful place to live - avoid this place!"

"3 year resident and it's been a great place to live! The pool is a lot of fun in the summertime, dog-friendly, neighbors are friendly. I never had any major issues, but in the few times I needed the maintenance staff to come in, everything was taken care of in a timely manner."

"I have lived at lofts of Terrain for just about 1 year now and it has really declined since moving in. The overall state of the property is in rough shape. The apartment has a lot of poorly done patches on the walls and the door does not seal out the wind. Since about late spring there has been a large decline in quality of upkeep around the property. The management team does not appear to address this issues and let’s the lot fill up with commercial vehicles and vehicles that are not road legal. Has the potential to be a great place but firsts it needs some attention. Don’t worry though, they will still make sure to get the rent check every month whether or not they fix anything is a different story."

"My fiance and I moved here in 2018 and moved out at the end of 2019. We absolutely adored our 2 bedroom space! During our stay, we needed the overhead of our stoves fixed and the moment I emailed maintenance, they arrived within 20mins and fixed it easily! Carie was extremely accommodating and very communicative our entire year here! We needed a couple extra days for move out and he was understanding of our needs! It's a quiet place with extremely easy access to the freeway and everything, really. Laundry is easy, pool and fitness center were very clean and tidy! We would have extended our lease but found a home to purchase. We would absolutely 100% rent again! Thank you for a great year!! N & C"
