"I have been liking my stay here so far. Gym is available and they are keeping it clean in COVID time and only accessible with appointment because of Covid to restrict many people accessing at the same time."

"We had an amazing experience living at Pleasantview Place Apartments. Lianne who works in the front office was exceptional. She was always extremely helpful and anytime we had any maintenance request, she responded promptly and the request was always completed in a timely manner. Lianne went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help in anyway that she could. Anytime I called and left a message or sent her an email, she would respond quickly, always being tentative to our needs as residents. The unit was spotless when we moved. Carpets clean and all appliances working. We had NO problems during our stay. I don't have one single complaint about living here. I definitely recommend this apartment complex to my family and friends."

"I lived here for over a year and it was a great place. You don’t get some of the elaborate things you get with other apartments, but it is very clean, safe, quiet, simple place to live. I loved my apartment and the time here! Also got almost my full deposit back - very fair and easy to work with. I’ve personally used the pool and the gym - both are now available. Update: Even after having left I get an exceptional service! I accidentally mailed some online orders to their location and they courteously returned them for me!!"

"We stayed here for over a year and loved this place. Lianne from the front office is great. She has been very helpful and prompt to attend to any complaints or question we had. The Units are spacious, upscale and clean. Very nice and high quality and energy efficient appliances, real granite counter tops, slow close cabinets and drawers. We loved our stay here and would comeback to this apartment if we ever move back to Pittsburgh. Lianne helped us with the move out as well due to our Job change. Thank you!"

"Pleasantview was my family’s first home in Pittsburgh. Although, we had a pleasant experience during our time there. There is still much need for improvement, especially in areas of communication with their tenants. There were moments during my stay there where we had to deal with the lack of professionalism with staff representing the landlord. It was hard to get direct answers to reasonable questions during our stay. Office hours varies and we never were quite sure when anyone would be there. We were easily charged for any and everything. Even towards the end our security deposit check was given to us late. And we had to call to remind them of PA rent laws. Despite it all, we had a beautiful apartment. Diverse community with nice neighbors. The building is relatively kept clean and quiet for the most part."
