"After being followed for over 20 miles by there driver who was so close to me I could almost not see her from the rearview mirror. Than they crossed over 2 lanes in the middle of an intersection to make a left handed turn from the far right lane and almost hit me. I called an left a voicemail for the manager who never called me back. So very unprofessional and dangerous to other drivers. White 4 door chevy SUV 8-23-22 at 840am by the Salem Airport on as St Rt 45."

"Wow! I just had my first cab ride and what a great experience! I had to find an alternative way to work because of car trouble. My car would be delayed several days and I didn’t have “loaner” coverage. None of my friends or family could or would help… I had no idea I could arrange a “timed call” where they just show up at the right time and pick you up or drop you off… the car was clean! And the driver was on time and very courteous… they will even come and pick me up after work… I don’t have to bother anyone, just scheduled my rides and it’s actually LESS than gas for a loaner. What a great find Tri-State Cab … thanks!"
