"They charge you for wait time when there's no wait time they lie to your face and they're never on time and then they bring a car that has no seat belts to take your kids and you told them a million times not to bring that car but they still bring it... One driver down there drove me into head on traffic because he was high on drugs and I had my kids with me!!! Then they say oh we called you to see if you still needed the cab but some how your phone never rang cuz they just lieing........"

"That suck not on time 2 time this has happen to me don't call them if I want to keep u job not on time but that want there money ever time if u want to keep u job don't call them u will be late every day and that can't not get time right at call day head sir late"

"Refused to pick me up without giving a reason. Pretty much said "No" and hung up. I understand now why they didn't want to accept a fare to Star Lake Pavilion, but that doesn't excuse rude unprofessional behavior."

"A drive ran over my friends dog in his own driveway, then the owner said he would pay for the injury however when he found out how much it would actually cost to treat the dog properly he backed out. The poor dog needed stitches, he did pay for the dog to get a basic bandage.. however the dog continued to bleed for 2 days. The dog is still alive but honestly no thanks to the company owner."

"I needed reliable transportation with timed calls. The dispatchers need to be better trained. I was left sitting 5 times in the past month due to poor coordination of runs. I called with ample time, several hours early, and still got left sitting & worrying. I have used their services 8 times in the past month... The drivers were pleasant and apologetic, but I can't rely on apologies! So, if you need a timed call or to be on time someplace take another cab or have someone reliable take you."
