"They were very rude and unfriendly when I called them and they treated me like an annoyance. From start to finish they seemed irritated with me and gave me every reason to not want to continue talking to them. They even acted in a quasi-accusatory manner to say I was asking for services they didn’t provide like buses when I never brought up such a thing at all. I normally would have continued talking to the company to try to see if things could be worked out, as I believe they could have, but they were so unfriendly I decided to not even try. Please, train your callers to be more friendly and personable with customers and not treat them like the enemy."

"We used Flagship Trolley for shuttle service for our recent wedding. Communication is key when working with this group. Despite multiple emails and phone calls stipulating no one should be dropped off at the venue until 8pm the first guest were dropped off at 7:40, leaving our guest standing in heat until 8pm. All drivers were unsure of timing. If I used them again I would provide a printed schedule and meet each driver before at the beginning of the event."

"I needed a courier service to pickup birthday cupcakes then delivery the cakes to my Mom. Everything worked at great. They picked up the cupcakes when the bakery first opened and had the cupcakes delivered within the hour. Everything went smoothly and professional. I appreciate their service since I could not wish my Mom Happy Birthday in person. Best of all, she got her wish for a chocolate birthday cake."
