"I resided in this apartment complex for a year, having signed the lease shortly after relocating to the area. I was initially drawn in by the appealing model unit my friend checked out, as well as the pictures that were sent to me. Rosemary, the leasing agent, was exceptionally helpful throughout the entire process. Pros: - Great dog park for pet owners. - Friendly and accommodating staff. - Maintenance was generally prompt in addressing issues. Cons: - The insulation in these units is minimal, leading to high energy bills even after taking measures like window wrapping. (I lived in a ground-floor unit) - Frequent bugs in the unit, despite periodic sprays by the maintenance team. Always coming through window cracks/door cracks - Dimly lit bedrooms due to the absence of sufficient lighting throughout the units. - Outdated appliances in need of an upgrade. (I believe some units may have updates ones, but mine did not) - Prolonged washing machine cycles that were inconvenient. - Bathrooms were prone to mold growth within 1-2 weeks if not regularly cleaned with bleach. - Inadequate security with no surveillance cameras in the parking lot. (My car was damaged by another resident, and there was no way to identify the culprit) - The gym could benefit from better amenities, including newer equipment. - The constant noise from the people living above me, who were frequently screaming and arguing, made for a displeasing experience. Overall, I'd describe this place as a decent choice for a starter apartment. However, for the price point, if you're seeking a comfortable and enjoyable living experience, you may want to explore other options. I believe my dissatisfaction stemmed from being in a basement unit with limited sunlight, the absence of sufficient lighting, and the noise from the neighbors above. Moreover, the unit I moved into did not match the furnishings I was initially promised, which was disappointing. In conclusion, while this apartment complex may work for some, it didn't fully meet my expectations. If you value a well-lit, energy-efficient living space with better amenities and a quieter atmosphere, you might want to consider alternative options. Rosemary's assistance was a definite highlight, but there were several shortcomings that affected my overall experience."

"I can ensure it is a great place to live, I lived there for a little bit more than 3 years by myself, work orders were attended in a timely manner, it is a safe and quiet place, Hannah attention is awesome! I'd really recommend moving here if you are looking for a peaceful, safe, and nice place to live within the Pittsburgh area! Move in and move out processes were smoothly too."

"first thing. I asked about the first floor apartment. I mean, there is no one above or below me. They told me it was there and took money from me to apply. And my deposit money. And extra money that has no source. At the end there is an apartment on the first floor, but there is an apartment below it. And their manner of speaking, if you don't like it, “leave it” After all expenses. The apartment, the whole floor is uneven. And when I walk I feel that the wood on the ground is rising and falling. I told the management about it. But they action as they had not heard anything. Kitchen drawers. All of them are humiliated and old, and anyone who has a problem with cleanliness can is disgusted with that and you feel you don’t like to put your dishes in the cabinets. I told the manager about the problem, what did they do? “Nothing” The bottom line is a place need county inspection?"
