"Here you can able to see how this AC unit was filled with dust.while running it smells heavy dust air flow and our living room filled with dust smell and become uncomfortable to breath. I raised a ticket they responded like residents are reponsible,but We can able clean the filter but not able to dismantle the device and clean up entirely, if damage happens means the resident only responsible ,so before hand over to resident the AC unit should also maintained by the community responsible."

"This property wishes it could claim to be lipstick on a pig. In all reality it is a birthday cake built around a hand grenade. "Come enjoy the pool" -and all the grease and slime from it being cleaned once a year. "fitness center displayed prominently on our website" The fitness center doesn't open for over a year since the time it was posted. But you sure pay as if it has been. Sometimes when you get home from work you can have a hot shower, sometimes it's just ice cold. Sometimes you don't get any water at all and your pipes threaten to break through the wall. Want a good night's sleep? Prepare for all of the d**g dealers out back of 2000 building (who I've notified management about) blasting music and idling their cars and beaming headlights into your bedroom all night with no recourse. Or better yet, be ready for the management to do absolutely nothing with complaints about parties on a weekday scaling over 60 people in the (!)newly renovated pavilions(!!! Be sure to pay for those). These parties on a Wednesday can go to 1 am or to whenever. ;true story, I once got off of work at 3pm on a Thursday and a party was going, and then after a night of trying to sleep and listening to it, I left for work at 5am the next day and the party was still going. But don't worry. Instead of stopping the partying on the property that is clearly stated out of terms of the lease, keeps you from your job you (the one you keep to pay for the obscene cost of the apartment); or taking care of basic maintenance tasks promptly, instead they're busy putting stickers on cars and threatening actual paying residents with towing if their car is just a day out of inspection. This is the only tangible "security" work we see from our management. Anything when they are off the clock you'll receive an email, "just call the cops". All of this; none of it speaks to the issues with maintenance and their lack of skill or attention. You can (and I have) shown them an air conditioner full of mold. I had to put in three requests to finally get someone to bring a stool in to look into the unit and finally say "yeah that's mold in there". And after the first five weeks of summer with no air conditioning and me constantly asking, they finally replaced the air conditioning. Westpointe is not a horrible place to live. The updated apartments are... Updated (be sure to make sure your stove opens without catching on the backsplash and that the handles to your shower aren't reversed or just utterly random like mine are.) The appliances are flashy and work well (unless they need water then sometimes you just don't get water in your washing machine). They are trying to build a community. The food trucks are great. It isn't a horrible place to live. It's a horrible place to live for almost $1500 a month."

"Update 1/14/23: Contacted the office with the email in their response. The office responded by explaining condensation like we're 5, even though the leak is all year round everytime it rains and it is a steady drip no matter the condensation amount on the windows. They say we hurt their feelings. Why? Because we are tired of maintenance not finishing their jobs, the office and staff not taking us seriously. And when they're called out they treat you like youre 5. We're done with them. When we can move out we will. But moving out early can include fees so we have to wait until the lease is up. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY AND COMPLEX. You'd be better off moving into the new apartments right up the road thars being built. Using an alternative email to hide my identity to not receive reprimands for this review. First the laundry situation is advertised as in house laundry with pictures in the office showing them in the room. They are not, theyre in a room one on each floor. The machines are owned by a 3rd party company and they are awful. Second maintenance, they are a joke. They fix the symptoms of a problem but not the cause of the issue with bandaid solutions. You call fir something in the emergency maintenance line and they blow your concerns off and tell you its something else. They dont fix the cause of the problem. Third, the building and leasing office are horrible. They don't take anyone seriously and there's major communication issues. The building leaks water in the front entrance when it rains. They cranked the heat up way too high when it drops to 50 degrees causing humidity pockets in the building. Avoid this place at all costs."
