"Avoid this place. Its a non smoking property but you have several people that break the rules. I'm awakened, just about every morning, by the disgusting smell of marijuana and or cigarettes. The offenders do it allday long, getting into my lungs and aggravating my allergies. The stench is so overpowering, that it's nauseating. I have trouble going to sleep, because they blow it into my bedroom, all night. If you or your kids have allergies or asthma, don't move here. You're playing the lottery of getting decent neighbors that don't smoke. My place has a constant stench of marijuana. These ones have to have it 24/7. Then, act as though it is their right and entitlement, to smoke, inside a property they know is nonsmoking. They have 0 respect, for their neighbors and others."

"They don’t deserve a star at all. I live here and hate it.. There’s no parking, no place for the kids to play without getting yelled at. They don’t shovel in the winter , 4 days later if they do.. Your rent may go up but not everyone after a year.. They never call you back. They don’t answer your questions you have. Your garage is by the other buildings, that’s if you can fit your car in it..They never fix anything, still waiting on my dishwasher to be fix from when I moved in almost a year. I could go on.. Other then all the bs the apartment is nice and that is it... p.s I’m not the only one that lives here that feels the same way as me.."
