Wheeling Heights

"It's a great newly renovated area that used to have a bad reputation for drugs and that one reviewer said it's the hood. He must not be from here because Grandview hasn't been bad. Since back when it was the Blinky light, the lighthouse bar, and it was the early 90s especially the 80s. Don't get me wrong Wheeling feeling is all around but they did a nice job cleaning up Wheeling heights and the apartments are nice and the people are too. Don't judge an entire community over a few bad apples. And on the real the island is where real things happening. I was raised on the island but there ain't nothing over there for me positive unless visiting family."

"Very close to a lot of necessity shops and cheap but not the best rooms although they are very livable but hard to get into. Last I know there was a waiting list and you had to meet certain criteria to even be on it, so with all that being said still all in all not a bad place to be living at."
