"Booked the studio suite weeks in advance for our son's wrestling tournament since it's the only room that would accommodate everyone. Showed up got our room key and surprise they gave us the smallest room on the list and said the room we booked was already sold out and none of it is their fault. They tried to remedy with a "bed in a bag". The other room they moved us to was equally terrible. Broken lights hanging in the hallway, dirty rooms. Highly recommend people look elsewhere this is definitely not the "#1" hotel around."

"Absolutely love staying here. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. If you need any help or have any questions, they are very responsive. They are genuinely invested in making your stay a good one. The pool area is great for kids! A few things are under repair, but it definitely didn't stop my 8 year old from spending hours in the pool or for my 14 year old from enjoying the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. It's a short drive to a movie theater, shops like Cabella and Target, and restaurants. TJs is right across the street and is a nice local restaurant. I would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area."

"Pleasantly surprised by our stay! Everyone was so kind and jolly. Almost like Santa’s helpers. Very clean. We stayed in an upgrade room (123) and loved the steam shower and surround sound. We will go back!"

"Best hotel stay ever! So clean!!!!!! Jack at the front desk made us feel welcomed, gave us all the information we asked for about the area. The pool area was nice, definitely check out the steam room!!!! Walking distance to a few close bars and restaurants, but also had a shuttle service."
