"Outside of the quiet and creek access, this place is horrible! Move in inspections don't include what's already wrong with the apts and then when you move out, they'll charge you for everything, including having to change their own locks, even though you returned all keys! The property manager is an absolute nut job! Who spends $1500 to replace 2 small rooms with carpeting, where there was no issues to begin with? Save your money and look elsewhere."

"Do not move here, not kid friendly, they try to push you out if you have children, kids can't have power wheels, the can't use sidewalk chalk no remote control cars, they can't have anything outside,"

"My apartment caught on fire May 23rd. Yes it was electrical and yes I know it was just the closet at the bottom of my steps, only way out of the house from upstairs started at 10 at night no fire alarms ever went off and yes me and my daughter did get out safely but the house was full of smoke and still to this day it has not been fixed they took me to court. I'm still praying they will let me and my daughter move into a safe place,. The judge asked why I did not move yet I did not know I was allowed to and it was never an option to me oh, they said that they would move me to 303 if I would like but now I have to wait till Tuesday when she gets off vacation to get an answer.. please anyone can you please give me ideas on what I should do to make my daughter's life safe, and be able to get a full night's of sleep because the insulation has been ripped out of my wall and it's very very loud here. I haven't been able to sleep well since 4 days before my birthday, the fire is really messing with my mind."
