I been without hot water for two weeks . My hair making my face break out it needs washed I need clothes washed , I'm struggling to love day to day. It's been two weeks no hot water , before that I nearly drowned due to next door and the water ruined all my belongings. I have receipts"

"WARNING DONT APPLY HERE! MANAGMENT DOESNT CARE ABOUT THIER TENETS !! So I was called in may 2018 for an interview and filled out paper work. Which she had me go back an fourth a few times until I finally got everything. Which was cool I guess. Even though most people said the process was so easy. Usually in most cases people told me after the interview the next week they were given their keys and told their rent.. nope not me ! I was told I would be called in 30 days. Well it's now Sept 2 2018, still not one call back. I called twice to see what was going on and I'm always told they cant give any info over the phone... Therefore I drive 20mins there just for her to tell me nothing is available. Really ??? Noooo one else has had this problem but me. I'm not even on the waiting list anymore and it's been 5 months still no call? Also when they called me in she told me there were 12 empty apts being fixed. Ok I get it .. but I also know 2 people who got their keys the same week. Jacqueline is a power hungry B ! ALSO ANYONE ABOVE HER LIKE MARK WILL DEFEND HER TILL THE DEATH!"

"Jacquline is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. She is extremely rude and REFUSED to speak with a tenant about their rent! I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this place to anybody. They change the rent prices at any time and don’t think they have to explain what is going on!! And the other girl at the front desk doesn’t know anything about what’s going on and they tried to bully their tenant today. I will be reporting this place. If you don’t absolutely have to, do not deal with them!!"

"Decent townhouses. Rent is based on income. Easy access to highways. Tenants are mainly young single mothers. Dont hear too much as far as crime."
