"Best decision we ever made was to call James Miller and Wren Swiney. Had a listing we thought would be off the market ASAP. James had us a showing in less than 10 minutes, along the lines of “I’m in town want to meet there?”. He knows the whole house and the history of the building like he designed it. We leave and go to secure financing- he has a list of people and what they specialize in. At this Point, the wife and I are sure we will never get it. James keeps in touch- and is realistic. He kept us informed in the buying process and was very patient with questions we had. On 12/1 we made an offer. We closed in less than 2 weeks. Not one call or email went unanswered. I think as a young homebuyer I was blown away because I use the web for most of my research- The Miller Realty co is the best group in Northeast Ohio, Period. Getting to meet the seller, James was our advocate- and when we countered the initial request we were sure we’d be out of luck. Well 110+ years of realty must mean something because he had us ready with keys shortly after, and directed us to local insurance providers like Watkins-Keyerleber and Crawford who do amazing work. Wren and James were able to use electronic signatures and STILL went line-by-line for any questions we had. I felt like I learned a lot from them and I cannot thank the people who make this place run enough. I definitely will send my friends and Family here for the deep understanding of this area, matched by no one else I’ve ever spoken with."

"Called on Tuesday for an appointment on Friday. Office closes by 2pm. Tough to reach. I was given a "direct" number to call if I needed to cancel the appointment. I drove 1.5 hours to the property so I could see it. After she was 30 minutes late, I called her and it went straight to voicemail. I called the realtor that was on the sign at the property. She told me there was no appointment scheduled for that house. So on top of not taking my call, she didnt even bother to make the appointment to see the house. They have very limited hours and dont follow through. It is pretty clear that they are not interested in closing deals. Do not recommend."
