Do you adore inconsistencies in management? THIS….is the place for you! Like grilling out? Too bad, can’t own a grill here! Landlords come and go as frequent as Ohio weather changes. The renovations have been quite lovely. It’s unfortunate they struggle to maintain the complex after said renovations, however. Be prepared to have your “filter needs maintenance” indicator on the grand central air system-year round! They do not get the maintenance they require. Don’t forget to budget in the $18-$20 energy efficient light bulbs when they go! Complex states they are not responsible to do so. The community room that boast a large screen Tv, 2 computers and a kitchenette area-is locked 24/7. The laundry situation is as follows: 30 some apartments. 3 washers(1-that doesn’t work or when working can only handle 3 items due to it being outdated), 3 dryers—you do the math! Plus side, the washers are only a quarter to use. You just have to work laundry in to scheduling around 30 some other peoples schedule-sharing is caring after all!! In order to have an animal, you have to either put down a $300 deposit OR show proof of it being an Emotional Support animal(possibility of having to fight for that and have your Hippa rights violated in the process). Don’t ever take it off a leash, pick up after it, make sure it never barks. You’ll have the great pleasure of coming home from working a long shift, and fight for a parking spot, weekends especially. Plus side-you can have up to 3 + vehicles per apt!! Do you like passive-aggressive notes, letters, or reminders taped to your door, all over the laundry room, in the community building itself-everywhere-as if you’re a 12yr old teenager all over again? Pine Terrace has you covered! You’ll never have to worry about feeling like a person ever again! You’re an object now!! Don’t pass up on this gem in the event you are put on the waiting list!"
