Chipotle Mexican Grill

"FILTHY,RUDE,OUT OF EVERYTHING We go to Chipotle a lot there are very few restaurants that my kid with allergies can go. This restaurant opened late the staff was rude they were out of everything and by everything I mean chips wraps brown rice steak guacamole and they just opened so we were the third people to walk in for the day there was food all over the floor from the night before there was food all over the tables from the night before and the glass over top of the food line was coated in dirt and fingerprints it was gross. They wouldn't give my son a spoon. Rudest grossest dirtiest Chipotle I have ever seen I would give zero Stars if I could"

"This is by far the nastiest chipotle around. The workers were rude and stingy with the portions. I didn’t even get a full scoop of rice. Mixed it and took 2 bites.. And the rice was cold and sticking together, very clumpy. I asked for my beans to be drained and she refused. Employee said they were already drained. Beans were cold too. Chicken was cold and chewy. They did not cut up the cilantro because I have full leaves and stems in my bowl! Everything was just wrong. Highly disappointed and disgusted, will never spend another dime on chipotle EVER! I don’t recommend this to anyone!"

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place warranted it. It was such a bad customer service experience, I didn't even eat the food I bought out of fear of sabotage. Crazy, I know, but anyone who's gone there gets what I'm saying. As everyone else has said, this location is absolutely terrible with who they hire. It's obvious the employees hate to have a job working there... and I don't want somebody making something I'm going to eat when they're very clearly resentful towards me because I dared to ordered from them. Seriously, Chipotle, you need a complete overhaul on staffing there. I'm sure there are a few employees that are fine, but the ones I've interacted with, I didn't even feel comfortable eating the food I ordered based off the attitude I got when I picked up my food."

"It’s chipotle. The food is good. At the end of the day, that’s all that matters. I’ll never complain about the portions when you actually go into the store. They do it up. During My most recent visit (my last to this location)my burrito had to be double wrapped it was filled so much. But they didn’t have chips. Never seen that before. This place seems extremely mismanaged, and employees definitely hate their job (I get it, the food industry sucks, but cmon) and want to bring everyone who comes into the store down with them. There’s missing items EVERY time I come to/order from this location, and they’ve messed up mobile orders(small portions, missing sides, etc). Overall, the food is still good, but service lessens the quality and I won’t be back to this location."

"The genuine worst Chipotle experience in its entirety I have ever had. I arrived thinking "oh Chipotle...it will be fast!" How wrong i was. There were only two people in front of me. However there was also nobody making food. Like there was someone making to go orders, and someone prepping meat. We 3 stood 7-8 minutes with nobody taking our order. At this point there's about 13 people behind us. Finally a woman starts making our food, haphazardly throwing a mound of rice, for the meat there was no steak left, typically they will refill it. Instead she put the few crumbs on my burrito and moved onto the next one. Mmmm all rice burrito. But wait there's more. You would think we would check out now. No. She starts making the other 13 peoples order behind us while we just stand around at the register. There are 2 other people working this whole time completely ignoring us. But the 7th order lined up on the counter I ask if we can check out. She says "don't give me attitude, I will throw yout Food out!". Overall 10/10 worst Chipotle in America, congrats guys."
