"I highly recommend Wayne Kucinski, owner of Top Cut Construction. He’s a “Jack of all trades” and a master of them all! In the past, Wayne has done numerous jobs for me. He refreshed my kitchen, which included installing a new window, plastering, hanging sheetrock walls, refacing cabinets, building counter tops, affixing a wall backsplash, installing trim, and replacing an exhaust fan. I continue to get compliments on the work that he did. In addition to this, he patched both roofs and coated them with a layer of fibered aluminum. He also waterproofed the stucco on the back of the house. Most recently, Wayne came at a moment’s notice and pumped out my flooded basement. He returned the next day to pump again and to dry the space. Before he left, he installed a new hot water heater. He has a strong work ethic and produces quality work. He’s skilled, honest, trust-worthy and dependable. I have no hesitation in recommending Wayne and Top Cut Construction."
