"Mike, Dave and the American Power Equipment team are polite, helpful, and customer friendly. I initially bought a Z142F Zero Turn Husqvarna mower at another dealer. This past early March, I decided to take my mower to American Power Equipment for its annual preseason service and checkup. A couple of days later I received a phone call from Mike informing me that the mower needed a new transmission. My wife had noticed an occasional hesitation when engaging the transmission at the end of the last cutting season, so I was not completely surprised by the diagnosis. The Z142F was still under warranty until June 2023. However when Mike called Husqvarna , they had no record of our warranty. Mike said not to be concerned and asked me to send to him a copy of the Bill of Sale and that he would handle things from there. He also assured me that I would have a mower by the beginning of April. The last week of March I received a call from Mike explaining to me that Husqvarna was having difficulty coming up with a new transmission but they were willing to give me a new Zero Turn mower of my choice. They delivered it to me prior to April 1st as Mike had promised as "Goodwill from Hasqvarna". My wife is now cutting our 2 acres of grass with a brand new Z254F Limited Edition Husqvarna. She loves the new Zero Turn ! Need I say More about American Power Equipment. Thank you Mike, Dave and Husqvarna.,"

"I took in an abused Husqvarna 576 to see if they could tune it up. After a quick look at it, we both determined that the repair cost would be more than it's worth. We had a really good conversation about how difficult it would be for me to repair it myself, as well as options for new saws to replace it with and their pros and cons. The staff were extremely pleasant, well informed, and good at their jobs. (I feel horrible that I can't remember either of their names, even though they told me multiple times.) After a long discussion I ordered parts from them and will attempt the repair on the saw myself. i'm happy that they were so honest and forthcoming with their knowledge and experience. It's not a short drive for me to get out to this shop, but it's my go to from now on."
