Sherwin-Williams Paint Store 704 East Market Street, West Chester, PA 19382

"We are new home owners and inexperienced with the cost of paint. When we came to buy paint a few days ago we picked out colors, and came to find an associate. I stated I wanted the finish to be matte and was asked no further questions about the grade/quality of paint we wanted and given no education about the different types of interior paint Sherwin Williams sells. When we checked out I was shocked at the cost, but having nothing to compare it to, paid and went home to begin painting our new home. Come to find out they sold us the most expensive interior paint (without informing us or giving us an option)- which wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world IF the paint had good coverage. We painted a tan color over top of off white - which should cover easily, and needed to cut in/trim with THREE coats to get any semblance of coverage and it’s still patchy. Incredibly disappointed with both the service and the product."

"We replaced an old thermostat at home and after doing so there was an area of the wall that the new thermostat didn't cover, so the "old" paint was showing. We took a small piece of wall board to Sherwin-Williams hoping to get a close match so we could paint the area. Derek was awesome. He matched the color perfectly. Shout out to Derek, the guy was great."
