"Manager Dominic is very rude and unprofessional. After renting a drum sander that cost me twice the amount of labor since you can not use it for cutting in reverse and leaving tire marks all over my floor I took the tool back to home depot to exchange it for another. The handle bars were extremely loose and the swivel wheel kept getting stuck and dragging leaving black tire marks on the floor. I've showed Dominic a minute long video of this wheel getting stuck and the marks it's leaving on the floor but he refused to be of any help because his "Tech" said the machine was operable. I still had 4 hours left on my rental period. I assumed they would offer exchanging machine or maybe a tune up on my machine maybe even a time extention to make up the list time from the sander but nope he rudely told me he can't do anything for me. The "Tech" walked away from me while I was in mid sentence explaining the issue to him. Very rude bunch of employees led by Dominic. I'll take my business to Starbelt next time where they have good customer service"

"I gave it five stars because it's easy to obtain rentals on tools when needed. But the condition of the machine that I rented was so so. They have no rule on how much gas is in the tank when you pick it up or drop it off. So during the process I ran out of gas and had to go get more so I could finish the job but the whole time my clock is ticking on the rental."

"This place is a joke just like all the other orange getto shacks. You call for a simple question regarding a tool rental and no one has the decency to answer the phone. In fact they do you a favor by hanging up on you every time you call back. Just the way I like to see one of our largest retail chains in America being managed. It's funny how their competitors take pride in answering phones to help out a possible client. I know where I'm going from now on. It's funny, this is one of the same reasons my family and I haven't stepped foot in a Walmart in two years. Guess it goes without saying."
