"Found out Fihoff had blocks made with leftover concrete for a much cheaper price than the regular block. Got a quote off them for these blocks. They said they had plenty and had the install scheduled for Thurs Oct 22. Called off work per their request. Got a call the day before that they did not have the block, and would be rescheduled to the following week. That week came and went with no call. I called the following Monday and was told they have no idea when I could be scheduled. Couldn't tell me if it could be the following week or March of next year. They said they could do the regular blocks immediately, at the much higher rate. I needed the wall, but wasn't expecting to pay significantly more. I asked if they could work with me on the price to get it done, and they said nope. They did not seem to care to remedy the situation in any way shape or form."

"Purchased pre-fab steps. Had a chip in them. I politely asked if the could let me know when new ones would be in. They said no problem...picked up new or what I thought was a new set, unloaded at home and all they did was a repair to original set without telling me. It's a shame that this place can't be honest and care about customers. I will not go back!!!"
