"Used the drive-thru at about 7:00 p.m. on Saturday evening, they're obviously was a problem in the kitchen because service was extremely slow and when we did get our food one item was missing meat, and the burritos were so poorly put together that we could barely eat them with our hands. We did get a free Taco coupon for our wait which did help, but it was a bad night at this Taco Bell"
"Ordered on line 15 minutes before end of breakfast. When we arrived at exact time told couldn't have food then replacement was incorrect! Refused to give us a corporate number. Gave us # for area "coach" who blew us off!"

"Me and my Boyfriend came in and we ordered but we had to wait a bit because they were getting drive through orders back to back and a lady came up to us and said "Did you guys get your food?" And we said no and she said that she was sorry and that it will be out soon. We thought nothing of it and knew it was probably the drive through backing them up. But then the lady came over with 2 small cups and said "Again we are so sorry for the wait". We were confused but touched because it was no big deal. So we get our drinks and then get our food and noticed there were cinnamon twists with our food too. It was a really gesture and we were very thankful. Service and food 5 stars⭐"
