"I am so in love with Uptown, for lunch! I work in Boardman & this place is an great go to for lunch. We usually order from Uptown because the food is delicious, convenient & quick. Now, let me speak on the one who's been taking my orders, as of late... Timeaka is phenomenal! She's friendly, repeats everything back for no mistakes & ALWAYS has a great smile on her face. My only issue is the menu change; they no longer carry just fried mushrooms. It's now a fried veggie basket. (The fried mushrooms were what first had me come here.) It's fine, though. The fried veggies are okay."
"I’ve been eating pizza from uptown for 60 years. This was the worst pizza I ever got from them. I ordered it crispy/well done and the cheese wasn’t even melted. I doubt I’m coming back. Figured the new owners would make changes but destroying a legend I didn’t think was one of them."

"I thought, for over three years, that Uptown was the best! I even felt that they were better than the original Belleria! I take it back! I know they are short staffed, but my past experience was horrible! I even ordered two pizzas. How can you mess up Cheese pizza? The crust was soggy and there was barely any sauce on the crust! It normally is crispy and buttery tasting just absolutely wonderful! But it had no flavor, and it didn’t have as much cheese as it normally would. The quality has gone down and I am so disappointed. On the positive side, the employees are still very very sweet."
