"Pretty good selection of lumber.. kept organized and covered!! Hardwoods are keep inside, nice and straight great quality !! Yard men are professional and courteous.. Recently I spent a whole day going to 8 different lumber yards in Middlesex County.. I was looking for #2 Cedar.. I was told they had it and didn't know their ACTUAL stock !! They told me it was good quality.. turned out to be twisted fire wood.. STOP WASTING OUR TIME!!!!!!!!!!!! From NOW on ill take the ride to STERLING !! GOOD LUCK !!"

"This review concerns mainly the staff. While this place is very close and convenient I will not be giving them another chance. I've stopped in multiple times being that its a local shop but the employees here are rude. It always seems as if you're bothering them. The one man in particular with the little pony tail was my last encounter for this place as he gave me attitude and dirty looks on wanting a price check of items that were not labeled. I will travel the extra distance to go to a known shop were the staff is friendly and helpful with no attitude and just there to help... FYI it's in Warren"

"I have 16 years of experience with Jaeger people. When you stop using the home Depot and start ordering from Jaeger, your life becomes much more pleasant. I email Sean in Stirling what I am interested in. Within half an hour, I have pricing, suggestions, advice and delivery estimates. Then I order (he has my credit card in file so I never have to repeat anything) and the incredible people deliver to my home. Delivery is always free. AND....ready for this one??? "Fantastic place for a wide variety of needs. Much better than the big box stores - available & knowledgeable staff and you are always working with the same group of folks. Of course they don't have big box store hours, so plan accordingly. Also, please treat the yard help with respect, I see people drive to the back to do their pick-up and just lean on the horn expecting someone to come running."
