Arcadia IT

Arcadia IT is a school located at 777 Limekiln Pike in Wyncote, Pennsylvania, United States. As an Information Technology (IT) institution, we cater to the needs of the entire Arcadia University community, both locally and internationally. Our goal is to create a collaborative Technology Community of Practice, where faculty, staff, and students can share information and work together to build a cohesive enterprise architecture.

Our Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) team is here to assist with the Help Desk, AV Event Support, Classroom/Academic Technology, and Hardware Management. If you have any questions or need help, please submit a ticket for assistance.

Digital Learning Services (DLS) offers support and technology-related learning strategies for faculty and staff looking to integrate technology into their work. Our specialties include Instructional Design and Instructional Technology, and we offer personalized consultations for those interested.

Infrastructure and Security is responsible for managing and maintaining the campus infrastructure, from wired to wireless connections. They also oversee the security of all network-connected devices and provide risk analysis for computer applications.

The Enterprise Applications support team handles software implementation, development, and maintenance for the University's enterprise systems. They also develop and support in-house applications and reports.

Our IT Help Desk is available for drop-ins and scheduled appointments, where you can get assistance with software installation, network connection issues, tutorials, and equipment troubleshooting. You can also search our Knowledge Base for solutions to common problems with Google Apps, Canvas, Self Service, campus phones, and more.
