Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

"I called this store just after 12 noon on Tuesday April 5th 2022 in regards to floor epoxy , an approximate $800 purchase.. The individual I was speaking with could not answer my questions and suggested I speak with the manager. The manager was busy at the moment, I was assured he would call me back within 2 hours. Later in the afternoon I did not receive a call, so I put a call in only to learn that the manager had left for the day. The next day the manger finally called me back, I confronted him in regards to why my call was not returned on Tuesday. He became very defensive, rude, and condecending. We will not patronize a business that treats a potential customer in this manner."
