"If you are in the market for flooring, you have to go to this place. I have never left a google review before, but had to since I just had a great experience. Amazing customer service. We stopped down to look at engineered wood flooring, and Robert the owner spent about 2 hours with us total on a couple trips down to pick something out. I did the install myself. Robert loaned me the nail gun and compressor for 2 weeks, and provided a box of staples. Right before install, there was a question on the humidity level of the floor. Robert came to my house with a meter. He called the floor manufacturer, and we were assured there was no issue. He requested confirmation in writing so that there would be no issues in case warranty issues in the future, and I received a letter by the floor manufacturer. Finally, with about 30 square feet left of the installation, the gun broke. I called Robert to see if he had another one. He had one delivered to my house in 45 minutes! Above and beyond. I can't recommend him enough!"

"I had them cut and bind some large remnants from an earlier carpeting job. The result is I have two beautiful new carpets. They picked the perfect binding color, the new binding is stitched, and the price was very reasonable."

"Lisa and Russell are amazing! They helped my husband and I pick out tile for our bathroom, beautiful premium vinyl plank flooring for our bathroom floor and a house full of carpet. The quality is outstanding. They even delivered all the products to my house for free. I could not ask for better customer service. No matter how many questions I had or how many times I called... they were both true gems. Thanks for making me feel important and treating my husband and I with such respect. You guys knocked it out of the park!"

"These people are rude and diaorganized. They could not set a date for installation and gave me multiple stories about when they could do job. Never a straight answer. I received multiple excuses for the late start and had to call and confirm instead of them calling to confirm which is how every other respectable business operates. They delivered incorrect order parts. They forgot part of our order. They overcharged us and I had to call and have them credit our account and did not receive so much as an apology. They sent the wrong glue for the floor and never mentioned the issue to us. Extremely upset with whole company and all employees. Only good part of business was floor installer Dave who was phenomenal however I heard he does not work there anymore probably because they are awful. Go somewhere else."
