"I'm reporting this place to consumer affairs on Monday, I paid $305 to file with these clowns and $40 for an extention and my taxes was still filed LATE, on top of that they told me the card machine doesn't work and go to a ATM machine. That's tax invasion. I would rather pay a real tax professional because this place clearly over charges and fails to do their job correctly. They told me my fee would be $90 but since they know I was getting close to the deadline they changed the price to $305. He will stall and make you wait weeks to do your taxes and when its the deadline he already has you on the hook because its too late to go anywhere else. Don't let them take advantage of you, next year I'll file it myself like many of my friends and family have been doing for years."
