Caffé Mona Strip District

"I'm happy this Caffe Mona is here in the strip, because it's got a great vibe that's relaxed (no tvs, low music), and great fresh food. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the savory crepe. I will be going back for sure. Only (small) complaint is that my plate had like 8 chips which felt like an afterthought and not a side. If you've never been, it can be a surprise to see a menu that's basically just crepes (sweet or savory) and omelettes. It seems like they have a burger, but it's not the main thing."

"Firstly, the food was absolutely delicious, came out very quickly, and fair priced. We waited a fair bit for a table to open up, but that’s to be expected in the Strip on a Sunday. There is no designated waiting area either so it’s a bit crammed in the front, but again, you come to expect that in the strip. Also, no high chairs or booster seats, but sometimes that’s to be expected too. What I didn’t expect was pure attitude from the host guy. That person’s attitude alone ruined my experience. He didn’t smile one time, treated every customer who walked in the door like a chore, and gave the absolute dirtiest looks to any child who was in the restaurant, including mine. My friend and I watched my baby smile at him and try to get his attention, he blatantly stared at him, rolled his eyes, and walked off to seat the next table. This man needs to be trained in etiquette and customer service. He’s not in the right industry if all he does is roll eyes and get irritated with kids and people trying to patronize the place he works at."

"The service at cafe Mona was excellent! The food unfortunately wasn’t as great as it used to be. This was our first time at this location and I was very disappointed with the French toast. We got the fig and Brie French toast and it was dry. My bagel sandwich was good, and the avacado toast was pretty standard. We didn’t try the Nutella crepes but they looked pretty good. Maybe next time!"

"Jesus was my server. He is the absolute sweetest. Came here on a whim on a road trip to california with my mans. But i was hangry honey and this place really hit the spot. I highly recommend the nutella love crepe and veggie omelette with goat cheese substitution. It was delicious. $20 parking lot available nearby or street parking. Total for party of two is $31"

"Service was very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed sweet and savory creations, with so many vegetarian options available to us. Nutella Love crepe, Mr. Green crepe, Veggie omelette, The V bagel. Everything was delicious! The umbrella motif on the ceiling gives a whimsical and fun feel."
