PJ gets easily flustered telling me she needs the entire length and total number of feet for the job..I said I work in sales, and that isn't one of my jobs. That part of the job comes later, before we order. PJ gets more upset, unable to understand this. In the end calls my boss and complains that she is very busy and I am taking up her time.
