"Very professional company. The salesman that helped us took time to let us know all about the different surfaces, and how we would need to take care of them. We were than able to choose what we needed for our personal needs! We got our estimate same day, and installed 3 weeks later. Installers were very precise making sure everything was level and all seams were perfect. They were all very professional and pleasant and a joy to work with!! We will definitely recommend them! "Put half down to secure an Installation date. After selecting a slab.. was not asked any other questions about what edges were desired or backsplash. They just assumed since they put into a rough estimate that we wanted that exact setup . Needless to say the counter was cut with a 1/4 gap around most of it, making it difficult to find thick enough tile to fill it. Then the small section was put in flush up against the wall so one side of the stove sticks out more than the other. Not impressed by this at all."

"I called up for a current project that needed to be done by a certain date. I was told to measure myself and come in for a quote and that it was “no problem”. After doing so, I never received a call back. I called and was asked the same questions I already had answered. I was then told they couldn’t help me for a month and a half. I do not understand how it went from “no problem” to we absolutely can’t help. Thank you for wasting my time."
