"If I could rate a 0 I would. I ordered interlocking block from this store and it has been nothing but an ongoing nightmare. On one order they delivered two pellets of faulty block and I had to wait 2 weeks to get the correct block. I was told to save my wood pellets and I would be reimbursed 30.00 for each pellet which the owner now says he has one slip for one pellet. I have a total of 8 pellets that cost me 544 a pellets. I was charged a 100.00 freight fee and me and my men and to help unload. Horrible customer service and not a very nice person."
"The place is a mess and completely disorganized. However the employees are great! Very helpful and know their stock and where everything is. How they do it is beyond me! They helped me find unusual items that they appear to be the only people who have the stuff! Amazing."
"They gots rock salt and ice melt. They are not far from my house. The people that work there are polite and helpful. But it legit feels like that show Hoarders when you go inside. It is a small space and it is crammed with odd inventory, most of which is covered in dust. But if you had time and wanted to go see products that you never knew existed, (like the device that helps you put your socks on without bending over) this might be your place. Also it is possible to get in and get out quickly if you just ask an employee for help. Honestly I kind of like the place."
"It's unique...in a good way. It doesn't lend itself to browsing like a Loew's or Home Depot, the shelves are too full of merchandise to find things on your own. But the staff is extremely knowledgeable and knows where everything is. They're also great for finding parts for old & obscure applications. Very much like an old fashioned hardware store."
"Place is so crammed with stuff that it's not much to look at but looks can be deceiving as the people there were very helpful and great to deal with from John helping me figure out what I need to Donnie getting it all in my Jeep and answering a few questions. First retaining wall I built on my own but they made it easy to get it done. If doing landscaping project this is definitely the "go to" place."
