"I called for a particular item and was told that I have to go to the store because the hardware clerk could not be bothered to check. Speaking of customer service, I called the Ace store in Wexford, they checked and i bought it from them."
"Asked for help with a lawn mower blade and the guy at the counter said aisle 2. Never got up off his duff to help me find them. Gladly took my money though."
"Need an odd part for your dishwasher or HVAC? Ace is more likely to have it than the big box chains. This location is inside Giant Eagle, and isn't staffed consistently. You can pay for your items at the grocery checkout. Call first if you need to talk to one of their experts."
"Ace Hardware’s website said that this location had particular products in stock, but I did not find the products on the shelves, and I did not see any employee to help me. Please note that this store is small and is located inside a grocery store. I will give a neutral rating, because the store did have many other types of products in stock, including garden hoses, ladders, hardware, etc."
"The gentleman working here was helpful but they didn't have the product I was looking for, which was just a common degreaser spray. Otherwise, this is a convenient location, inside a Giant Eagle, as I can shop for groceries and also buy a leaf blower or perhaps a garden weasel. I havne't yet and probably will never do both at the same time but, hey now, the option is there."
