"They took over our account from the person we used who retired. I never thought to ask about fees however, they are outrageous! Now we are stuck paying almost $100 more this year than we paid our previous accountant and that is after money was taken off our bill since we were being charged for forms that we didn’t even need. I’m so appalled and disappointed in what seemed to be a great company. Make sure you ask upfront what you are being charged for and the overall cost!"
