"I'm a member and tried cashing a check that I received from pa lottery winnings at ace. I had all documentation and an up to date license ID. Ace refused me. The guy behind me wasn't a member, didn't have an up to date license, so obviously you would think this person wouldn't be able to cash his check. Ace cashed his check w/o proper identification, he wasn't a member, and also had a hand written check. If anyone should've been refused it should've been him not me. All the customers in the store were even shocked and nervous cause I had everything that you would need in proper fashion to cash a check. Absolutely horrible experience. If I could give negative stars I would but it makes me give 1 star. Ace doesn't deserve that star."

"Very, very rude associate named Will.. He had an attitude with my girlfriend and I from the very beginning. He treated us like we were doing something wrong and we were just trying to cash a legitimate check written by my grandfather. He was not helpful at all and embarrassed both of us to the fullest extent. Will never EVER use this place again. I would not recommend ANYONE go there unless you want to be degraded, belittled and insulted."

"I interacted with a woman over the weekend. Although they were unable to cash my insurance check (because they couldn’t verify it until the insurance company resumed regular business hours), she was still pleasant & helpful. I could tell she did everything possible. This week, John helped me cash that insurance check and walk out with funds in hand. I was there for about 45 mins. I saw other regular customers come in during that time. John has a great rapport with the public. I didn’t expect to have such a helpful, pleasant experience at a check cashing location but John’s the man and made me feel at ease with the process. Thanks, John"
