"Never buy there. They are a group if sellers who promise things but will never keep the promise. If there was a zero, I would give them that. Ordered a huge order for my roof ( around $5000), promised to get everything in five weeks. The time had past and got no phon1e call from the store. I gave them another week, and called. The seller that sold me the product, conveniently, was never in the store when I called, and no one else knows exactly what is going on with my order. After another week I am calling back, and suddenly they have my materials. I am sending my roofer , just to hear from him that he called and the materials are not in the store. Once again calling, and once again I am told they are in the computer and they should be in the store. A day later, they call my roofer again to tell him it is a mistake and the materials are not in the store. They will be there next week. Another week goes by and no calls from the store. I am calling, just to hear that the materials are still not there. At this point I wanted to speak to a manager who called me back a few minutes after... His tone is mad, and he tells me I need to stop calling untill they will call me. When I told him about my experience with the store, he told me it is what it is and if I don't like it I an cancel my order,. I as shocked and asked him if this is that how he treats his costumer s , he said yes and as a matter of fact, he is canceling my order by himself. And that is what he did. This is not a sore who wants you or cares about you... go somewhere else!!!"
