"Dr O'Connell was my nieces doctor (they are all adults now.) I started taking my son to him since he was 1( he is now 10) and I loved it. He is a fantastic doctor and the nurses and secretaries were so nice. My son loved them. Especially Ms. Jen. I was sad to hear he was retiring and they were closing down. I hope I find a new pediatric doctor and clinic as nice as this one was."

"My 4 children were with this office since birth total of 13 yrs. In 2017 had to transfer my kids because a simple physical appt. could never be scheduled within a week of calling always months from the call. I missed Dr. O'Connell because he was great with my kids so I called to have them transferred back and the person that answered the phone on 8/6/19 around 4:30 pm was unprofessional/rude to say the least. Well guess their office missed out on 4 children. I only gave the one star because I had to. Such a shame because he is such a great doctor can't say same for the staff."

"Always gone to him for years as a child loved him so much I wanted him to be my child’s primary doctor, the older staff are just wonderful very polite and always makes sure we are satisfied, but within the past year he has a few new girls that happen to be younger w nasty attitudes , always in a rush to get u off the phone I’ve complained more then once and instead of handling a situation properly they continue to be very snippy and (eye rolling) very unprofessional , even a friend who I referred to dr O’Connell said they have had a bad experience with one of the newer girls ! Dr o’connell Is a great doctor I love him he gets the job done ✅ however I feel he’s been hiring just anybody and I am currently looking for a new primary for my child ,"

"Dr O'Connell was my pediatric doctor all of my childhood from birth to teenage years now being a mother myself I wouldn't allow any doctor but him being my daughters doctor as well. He is amazing and his staff is great! Definitely worth the drive being he isn't right around the corner"
