"I'm writing this review as someone who attempted to hire on at Circle Academy as a paraprofessional. When interviewing at Circle, everyone I met was very kind, easy to talk to, and demonstrated a great passion for working with the youth who need help. They genuinely want to be a light to these kids and show them they can break habits and cycles in their lives and make a real change. While touring the building, it was evident that everything was set up to help the youth find success. It was a clean, demonstrably helpful facility built to be a good and equitable place for everyone who went there. However, in the hiring process, the HR at Circle/Cunningham was a complete mess to work with. I totally understand that HR in most companies has a lot of red tape to work around, but this was on another level. People would take days to reply to my emails, or they would just not respond at all. When they make certain decisions, they do not lay out any reason whatsoever for those decisions, and then refuse to even talk to potential employees about what they are expecting of them. It was a confusing, disastrous mess of a hiring process. I would just advise anyone looking for a job here to carefully consider other options first before taking the steps in working with a company that has this bad of an HR. I want to work in a company where I know HR has my back and is there to support me and explain things clearly, and this is not that company in any way, shape or form. However, that being said, the actual employees at Circle Academy, including the principal and vice principal, all seem to be really awesome people. Getting to meet people on campus was nothing short of a great experience and if you can put up with HR, these people will be a blessing to work with."

"Don’t send your kids here. Kids don’t learn anything they’re just learning the same stuff over and over again and yes of course they abuse restraining teachers are not professional the teachers get kids in trouble and say lots of excuses and make things up to convince the principal to not let the child go back to public school lunches and breakfast are disgusting the cooks there don’t cook the food right and sometimes give the kids expired milk and juices I highly recommend you do not send your child there"
