"I called in during the morning for an appointment, after 49 minutes on the line I was asked to come in right away for an emergency visit to see the eye doctor. I came in at 1050am and was called in at 1pm. I gave dr. Nicole Delorato a compliment for dealing with a child who was throwing a tantrum in the next room and told her she did good and has great patience, in exchange she responded to me “ you can get up and leave if you have a problem “ I was confused and elaborated on my comment, she then responded she’ll call security to remove me, infront of my family. She did not apologize for the wait, or for her comments. She did not introduce herself as we are first time patients and are bringing a 2 week old baby. She then responded “ I heard you when you said about time as you walked in “ I answered yes, we had an emergency appointment and been here for over 2 hrs, her response was “ I made the emergency appointment for you, I didn’t have to “ I then told her she is clearly frustrated and she should take a break and a breather, we will wait some more. She did not respond and stared at me angrily. I removed my family and myself and left. I do not recommend this Ophthalmologist to anyone."
"I have called and left a voice mail every 2 or 3 days for 6 weeks trying to get my sons prescription script faxed to the glasses place near me to get him a pair of glasses. I am 9 months pregnant due any day and wanted them for him before I have the baby of coarse. I am in tears over how impossible it has been and still is. Please mind that I after 6 weeks am still leaving my voice-mail in a very nice and polite tone as if nothing is wrong even tho it very certainly is. I eventually called scheduling crying and the man was so sweet and helpful but said he works in a different part of the hospital he just schedules for them. He spent over half an hour trying to reach them himself to help me but when he did they told him they would not help and to just direct me to the same voice-mail I've been contacting for almost 2 months. I'm at a loss. I'm tempted to drive over an hour to the hospital at 9 months pregnant with my special needs toddler to speak with someone just to get a script faxed and address this insanity."
"DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME! Showed up to my child’s appointment only to find out they canceled it a over a month ago. The claim they called and left a voice mail on March 7. Yet I have no voicemail. I showed up to our appointment April 30th only to be told it had been canceled. Apparently the doctor switched her days and doesn’t work here on Tuesdays anymore. We rescheduled for June, but will be looking to see another doctor in the meantime."
"The decision to see Dr. Bailey for vision therapy is one of the smartest decisions we ever made. She is kind, caring and very thorough. She really improved the quality of my child's life and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone."
