My grandmother was obviously confused when calling and doctor Gupta was extremely rude and short over the phone, saying “ Well that’s her problem” and acting as if it was a bother to answer my questions. After some back and forth she tells me there is an over the counter medicine I could pick up in replacement of the prescription she couldn’t fill. Why was that not the first thing mentioned while having our conversation? Instead she went on to belittle my grandmother before offering a solution."
