"If zero stars was on option for Dr. Challah and Chop psychiatry I would. Never has a parent felt so dismissed and a child so misdiagnosed. Shame shame. Dr. Challah has the poorest bedside manner of any medical doctor I have ever met. Her medical license should be revoked as well as those who take any kind of direction from her. She is the absolute worst uncaring individual u have ever met"

"I absolutely love my daughter’s psychiatrist! She answers questions in the portal the same day, takes my thoughts into consideration regarding treatment, is actively involved with my daughters school, and talks to my daughter (she’s 7) like she’s a person and gets her input as well."

"Nothing but good things to say about my son's psychiatrists. Very professional, compassionate, understanding. He has come a long way thanks to the CHOP Center for Advanced Behavioral Healthcare. Never had any issues with his medication and communication is fantastic through the patient portal."

"My wife Melissa just took our son and daughter here today 8/29/23 and has reported to me an incident in which the ladies at the arrival desk were giving attitudes and rolling their eyes, rather than being helpful for her and our two special needs kids. This isn't the CHOP that we know and have learned to love over the years. I'm afraid these ladies are a pair of bad apples in the bunch and should be dealt with accordingly. We wait months for an appointment with our developmental pediatrician and all she had were a few technical questions regarding the portal and her access to it, but instead received low level effort on behalf of these children's hospital staff. Quite frankly, I'm stunned that this even occurred here."

"I waited more than a year to find adequate psychiatric services for my son. I thought I did but I did not. Well the psychiatrist and her assistant here made my son so overwhelmed and uncomfortable that the mere thought of him coming back to them after the first visit made him so upset. They grilled him like it was nobody's business. The way they questioned us felt like they wanted to frustrate in hope to run us off. Im glad he will be 18 soon then he will have more options. Funny they kept calling us afterwards acting like they really wanted to help us because I believe they felt guilty after I decided not to bring him back. I'll update with the psychiatrist and her assistant's names later. CHOP is a deplorable place"
