He could buy new shoes for that price wasted time and energy just to have to leave and find another place"

"Horrible customer service: The lady that handles the customers was fine but her husband was rude and thought that he could raise his voice with me and it would be okay. No sir ... that is NOT acceptable. We disagreed on the repair but since i needed their service i was working with the lady to put in an order ... all the while he is still fussing and giving me attitude.
