"I took in a nearly 30 year old pair of Italian black leather dress shoes that were in rough shape. Mr. Eldridge performed nothing short of a miracle; new soles, new heels, and bad scuffs refinished, and they are like new. He also added height to one of them and to a sneaker to compensate for a leg length discrepancy due to an injury. My only regret is not being able to give six stars. Outstanding work."

"I had two pair of leather shoes repaired by Mr. Eldridge, both of which were run down and needed to be re-soled and needed new heels. One pair was a leather woven flat, which also needed some strands rewoven and glued down. The shoes came back looking brand new and beautiful! It is like having new pairs of shoes - can highly recommend quality work if you take your shoes here."
