"Kohl’s Severna Park has reorganized their store. Checking out was quick. The associate was very pleasant, and was helpful when I asked how to locate my digital coupon. When asked, she also explained the return policy is 180 days with no return fee. She added, “We try to make shopping as easy as possible.”"
"My skin is extremely angry with me at the moment. I am experiencing premenapause acne. I went to this location looking for moisturizing face tint after it was recommended by my esthetician. I am a neutral tone with dry, sensitive reactive skin. I have been to Ulta and was incorrectly matched twice. I was not looking for help today, but a nice sales lady assisted me. Brandy was extremely knowledgeable in acne prone skin. She was also very knowledgeable in black skin!!! She told me I was not only neutral but also have olive tones to my skin. We tried several products and schooled me on them. She picked the perfect product in the perfect shade. She told me she has researched products on her own for acne prone skin and could recommend some if I needed it. I so appreciate her expertise and professionalism. Thank you Miss Brandy"
"This location has went downhill. Customer service and order pickup is now in the front with checkout and checkout and self checkout are clumped together. This makes the lines longer, and honestly a mess. Not all cashiers are trained to do order pickups, then you are told to wait in another line. It has made shopping here unpleasant. The store is also disorganized, messy, and the stock is slim. Most associates are rude, I don’t know if this due to the fact of how bad this place has become or their personality."
"Excellent experience with online ordering for holiday. No waiting at Customer Service “so slow”. Was able to get in and out literally in about 5 minutes. Everything was in the front area and not the back."
"Great store selection and online. Wonderful discounts on top of sale prices. Would suggest extending the time expiration on Kohl's cash; it's too short. Excellent customer service especially as understaffed as most stores, doctors, and restaurants are now."
