"***Update*** Went back and Alex (nice glasses) was very pleasant about exchanging the pair. Explained that someone must've tried them on in-sotre. She didn't give an attitude or anything. I would recommend Clarks get carpet or something in that store as crepe souls are very sticky. Don't want to give the wrong impression ;) Thanks Alex! *** I love Clarks but not happy with this store. Sales clerk sold me a pair of Desert Boots that were clearly returned. The crepe soles show when Clark's are worn. She quickly put them in the bag and rushed me out the store. When I got home and showed my wife the gifts I bought for my dad (2 pairs of Desert Boots), I was highly disappointed. I didnt bother to inspect the shoes at the store because I thought the customer service would match the quality of shoe. I guess not. I will be making my way back today to exchange that pair for a NEW pair or return both pairs I bought at full price."
