"I'm normally pleased with the service at rack room. But I had a horrible experience I walked in and they never acknowledge my presence. All they did was stare at me as I walked around the store. I had a question but I felt like I was interrupting them at work."
"Our very first time in this store, much less any other location. While it's not a store we've visited before, it most certainly will be one we visit in the future. They had exactly what my wife wanted, and the best thing is that they have a secret gem of a complete gentleman by the name of Clarence. Hands down they better give this man somethin. Customer service was on point, as well as his over all approach to us and other customers. Prices are reasonable and store is clean. Buuuuuut we gotta give Clarence some serious props!!"
"Doors were closed at the rack room in the mall so I called at 8:20. A woman answered the phone and I asked if this was the Annapolis mall location. She said yes. I asked if they close at 9pm. She said yes. So I approached the doors and all 4 were locked, the person at the computer at the checkout desk wouldn’t even look up. What’s up with that?"
"I always have a positive shopping experience at this location. Even when the particular shoe I want or need is not available in store, the staff goes out of their way to find me another option or have it shipped to me. Kudos!!"
