"The Saturday after thanksgiving our above stove microwave oven quit at 5 pm. We had heard good feedback from friends about East Coast Appliance and with the Black Friday crowds at the “home” stores we thought to give it a try. Casey greeted us at the door and we discussed our needs and wants which allowed us to focus on those products that fit our needs. As we looked at the products my wife had several questions about upgrading and Casey was very knowledgeable and helpful. Once we selected the oven Casey was thorough with scheduling delivery and installation. While we were at the store there were several repeat customers who had very positive experiences. "Went in looking for a specific washing machine and a good deal on a scratch-and-dent dryer and fridge. Casey was extremely helpful in getting the washer transferred from a different location and walking us through all of the options for the dryer and fridge. He was knowledgeable and thorough going through the many brands and features, along with the pros & cons for each. I went in a few days later to add a washing machine to my order and received the same great customer service from George as well, and he even insisted that Casey still receive credit for the additional sale. You can tell the entire team hear is friendly and and eager to help the customers and each other. Will definitely be returning if I need anything in the future."
