"I've been with this practice for almost 10 years, and I can say I've seen a significant decline since merging with St. Lukes, the whole atmosphere has completely changed, and it is a lot harder to get a hold of an actual person and impossible to make a same day appointment. Dr. Harrison is the only reason I have chosen to stay with this practice he is so knowledgeable and thorough that he actually listens to your concerns and is always right on the money with his diagnosis! there has been more than one occasion where I've been overly concerned about a situation, and his demeanor instantly calmed me down and he helped us right away. "Dr. Harrison He is a great and friendly person. I think he is perhaps the best pediatrician I have met over the last ten years. On Thursday 06/01/2023 my infant son was sick and screaming in pain. When we went to the clinic, the reception team said that they could not get us to the doctor, and they answered that we had to book an appointment in The next day, but when they told Dr. Harrison immediately, he admitted us, examined him, and wrote a prescription , as our child had bad infection in his ear. "My daughter hasn’t been feeling good for the past few days. I tried calling they never answer and last time I left a voicemail they didn’t call me till the next day so I went in to talk to someone. The lady I talked to said they don’t take walk-in that I should take my daughter to the Urgent Care or they can schedule and appointment for the next day (I didn’t see a single patient in the waiting room but they couldn’t see her the same day) I ended up taking her to the urgent care she has a double ear infection and respiratory infection. I’m switching her to a different pediatrician but now they said it will take a few weeks for them to release her medical records."
