"I had a virtual visit with Dr Rizzo a few months ago that lasted less then 15 min. During this " meet and greet" consultation, i was given information that i already knew and told that i had to come back after treatment for the RX. The doctor was walking around multi tasking during the video call and was very rude to me and my step mom , we could hardly get any questions answered, we were rushed and made to feel like our concerns didnt matter. I did not get a warm welcome and then after the very brief call which i received no new information about my treatment plan, i receive a bill for $488! for 15 minutes!!! lucky for me, i have switched doctors that do not charge such high fees for poor service."
